Hey, look at me--I've lost 15 pounds on Diet Mountain Dew!
Well, I have had other things to eat. But I'm just saying... by cutting back on sugary sodas... from 3 or 4 a day, to a couple a week, and substituting Diet Mountain Dew, Diet A&W, and the like... by eating a bit less and a bit better... I'm firming up.
I've got a long way to go, but this is encouraging progress. Also, I've noticed the more water I drink, the more I lose.
I don't usually write about such things, but hey, it's what I'm thinking about now.
Sorry, no before and after pictures to show. I only have "before," and who wants to see that?
Wouldn't an embedded Web-vertisement for Diet Mountain Dew fit perfectly in this spot right now?

Am I allowed to say that I sorta hate you for this? I've been dieting for three months - being very disciplined and have lost 10 pounds. You cut out some stinking soda and lose 15?! Life is not fair.
