We are all thinking of ways to reduce, reuse, and recycle... and challenging ourselves to live fiscally sound lives. By injecting a bit more frugality into our lifestyles, we know we can get over this economic bump. And as we spend less, we save more... hopefully listening and responding to the call to give--and help those who really need it most.
This is why I love today's story: We decided to help the economy yesterday by shopping at the Atlanta IKEA store where my wife spotted an everyday hero. From what she observed, I think she saw a woman who was convicted about her $14-a-day cigarette habit who endeavored to reallocate that portion of her budget to help others.
This is why she could be seen collecting perfectly good, partially used cigarettes from the cigarette repository outside IKEA. In just five minutes' time she had a fist full of smokes in one hand, a billowing line coming from her lips, and a satisfied smile on her face. Reduce, reuse, recycle.

You still have it.
